- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the product.
- Refunds for digital products that have been downloaded or accessed are at our discretion and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- If technical issues prevent you from accessing or properly using the digital product, we will either resolve the issue or provide a full refund.
1.2 Physical Products
For physical products (art prints, merchandise, and other tangible items):
- You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

For events, webinars, and workshops:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future event.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund but may be eligible for a credit toward a future event at our discretion.
- If we cancel or significantly reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to the rescheduled date.
2. Conditions for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
2.1 Proof of Purchase
You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number, receipt, or confirmation email. We maintain records of all transactions, but having your order information will expedite the refund process.
2.2 Timely Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframes specified for each product or service category as outlined in Section 1. Requests submitted outside these timeframes will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may not be eligible for a full refund.
2.3 Product Condition (For Physical Items)
Physical products must be returned in their original condition, with all included accessories, documentation, and packaging. Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration beyond what is necessary to evaluate the product may not be eligible for a full refund.
2.4 Digital Product Access
For digital products, we may verify the extent to which the product has been accessed or used before processing a refund. Extensive use of a digital product may affect refund eligibility.

3.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:
- Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the same card.
- PayPal payments will be refunded to the same PayPal account.
- Other payment methods will be refunded as appropriate for that method or, if not possible, by an alternative method agreed upon with you.
3.4 Refund Confirmation
Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
4. Return Shipping (For Physical Products)
4.1 Return Shipping Costs

- If you are returning an item because it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will either provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for reasonable shipping expenses.

If you cancel your contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
